Specialized Recruitment
The Grupo DSrh®’s Specialized Recruitment service is different from the others found on the market We work with multidisciplinary teams, with technical experts in mapping and assessment professionals and experts in Behavioral Assessment, who evaluate based on the organizational and cultural profile of each company. Each professional mapped goes through two interviews, one Technical and one Behavioral.
The Technical Interview is conducted by a Professional specialized in the company segment, and aims to evaluate the experiences, technical skills, salary intent and confirm if the candidate has real experience in the chair, he / she wants to occupy.
The Behavioral Interview is structured based on the Client’s global organizational culture but considering the particularities of each business area within the company. It will also be assessed whether the candidate, even if technically fit for the position, is aligned with the company’s organizational culture and has the necessary behavioral qualities for the position.
Our Methodology with two interviews brings benefits to the company and to the candidate. With more evaluative components, only candidates who fit the position will be invited to interview the company, reducing the time spent by managers and candidates, in addition avoiding frustration for both.
